Marcelo Pham · Chief Engineering Officer

Marcelo holds a software engineering degree and brings to Software Solutions more than 15 years of experience in enterprise and mission-critical software application consulting, design, development and project management, having served billion plus dollar clients such as Sears (SHLD), Sony Latin America, Interland (WWWW) and Trend USA, Ltd. just to name a few. Marcelo started coding, cracking and hacking microcomputers with Zilog and Motorola processors at early age of 13 (1985) with little memory resources (16Kb and less), to later take over XT (8086/8088), AT (80286/80386) and then Pentium based computers and servers, using a wide range of programming languages, databases and operating systems, from Assembler, C, Fortran, Pascal, COBOL and dBase to C++, Java, Python, PHP and everything in between. Marcelo also studied, worked and experimented with robotics and micro-electronics during his teenage years. In 1999 he was a Develop Staff Writer for Linux.com, the number one portal for Linux users. Marcelo also has consulting experience in information systems, logistics and operations for a variety of industries such as Internet, import/export, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, e-commerce, law enforcement / private investigation and other commercial services.

Leonardo R. Garcia · Lead Developer

Leonardo has been designing and developing software applications for more than 12 years in a variety of platforms, programming languages and databases. Leonardo is an expert coder with development toos such as PHP, ASP.NET, Assembler, C and C++, Java, Javascript, J2ME, DirectX, OpenGL, AJAX and Flash Actionscript. Leonardo also manages databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MS SQL Server. Leonardo past performance includes several high-traffic Internet portal developments with thousands of visitors per hour. Other experiences include design and development of embedded applications in J2ME and Embedded Visual Studio. Leonardo has been with Software Solutions since its inception in 2005, is an avid gamer and also likes to travel.

Laurie J. Misner · Board of Advisors

Ms Misner has extensive experience in both the public and private financial sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, consolidation of operational entities, as well as raising funds in both the corporate debt and equity markets. Prior to joining Software Solutions, Misner served as President of Aeon Source Group LLC, a financial and management consulting company where she assisted several South Florida companies address their operational and financial challenges. Misner served as the President of Global Information Group, Inc., a skip tracing company from 2005 to 2006. Ms. Misner also served from 2002 to 2005 as Chief Financial Officer for Colonial Development Group, a real estate development company with over $1.5 billion under development. Previous to Colonial, Misner was the CFO of Dialtone, inc., a dedicated hosting provider. Misner raised over $7 million in capital and negotiated the sale of the company. Prior to Dialtone, Misner was CFO for Zodiac Pool, a multinational division of Groupe Zodiac, where she helped grow the company from $12 million to $70 million in revenue over 3 years. Ms. Misner began her career with Ernst & Young. Ms. Misner holds a BS degree from Florida Atlantic University and is a certified public accountant in the state of New York.
